Ray White Transact was established by Rick Bird. Rick wanted to create a boutique agency with a difference, specialising in CBD and near city property, but extending to suburban Brisbane and Queensland provincial centres.
Since inception, Ray White Transact has generated over $39 million worth of sales, negotiating some of Brisbane’s major commercial deals.

With backgrounds from leading companies such as Ray White Commercial, Property Solutions, LandMark White, Mirvac and Australand, our depth of property skills enables us to deliver an unmatched record in sales for a wide range of properties.
Our achievements
Ray White Transact Principal Rick Bird, has negotiated and completed some of Brisbane’s major commercial deals with close to $2 billion of sales to his record as an agent. In late 2008, Ray White Transact successfully negotiated the sale of 7 properties from the Australia Post portfolio which totalled $14.273 million.
The first half of 2009 has been extremely successful for Ray White Transact, particularly given the tough market conditions. Over $33 million worth of sales have been achieved to date.
Ray White Transact Principal Rick Bird, has also sold a number of major shopping centres including Kempsey Fair, Mudgeeraba Marketplace, Homezone at Windsor, Niecon Plaza and Pavilion Arcade.

Ray White Transact Principal, Rick Bird, has 28 years experience in Agency, Valuation, Investment and Property Development. In this period, he has handled major sales of a wide range of properties from residential, commercial and industrial development sites through to major office towers, shopping centres and industrial complexes.
With close to $2 billion of sales to his record as an agent, he has negotiated and completed some of Brisbane’s major commercial deals. In May 2009, Rick was the number 1 International Sales Agent for Australasia’s largest real estate group, Ray White.
Brad Hanson
Licensed Real Estate Agent
Brad Hanson was a registered Valuer with LandMark White where he specialised in the retail, commercial and industrial fields. Through this time he gained extensive experience in the analysis of investment property.
He has also worked in development management and new business positions within Mirvac and Australand on a variety of commercial, residential and industrial projects. Now as a Licensed Real Estate Agent, Brad draws upon his broad experience and professional approach, working directly with Rick in order to achieve the best results for our clients.
